The client identified that there was a lack of premium quality, sustainably produced athletic blank suppliers and wanted to create a community of like-minded creators who prioritize craftsmanship, innovation, and longevity in every garment. They wanted the brand to feel clean, retro and fun while allowing creators the freedom to put their own mark. We were tasked to create a unique and identifiable brand identity and develop a marketing strategy that would live across all channels, including online and offline presence.

Brand communication needed to appeal to both B2B and B2C customers. As a sustainable and ethically minded brand with all items Made in Canada production costs for the brand are also higher making consumer pricing higher too. Turnaround times for orders are also longer than blanks typically ordered from overseas.

Brand communication needed to speak to consumers that were interested in launching a clothing line as well as brands looking for higher end merchandise options. Clearly communicating the design and production process of the brand was vital in attracting the right customer base. By educating consumers on cut-and-sew production and being transparent about costs and timing the brand could tap into a creator base of like-minded people.
